Dear all ,

i have a problem in IR2270 machine ,when im trying to make a 2 sided copying the machine copied 2 documents and the 3rd copy stucks in the duplex also the machine gives on the middle lower in the screen printing and the machine is makein rotation at the moment i wonder if this happen with any one ,no error codes also it didnt gives jam , just when i clicked on the system monitor copy details (error).

There will be a Jam Code - press ADDITION FUNCTIONS > 2+8 > ADDITION FUNCTIONS to access Srv Mode > COPIER > DISPLAY > JAM and POST the Jam Code, we may be able to assist from there.

it looks familiar with a canon ir 2230 I set the paper in a4r and it is wotking right
the customer agreed with that.

I think I had replaced, dc con, right door, hd and updated firmware but the problem was still there..... the machines is working ok since two years in a4r .... ...

if you solve the problem can you tell me please?

Did you check those noise dampers under flapper fixing delivery if are sticky?

i agree you dude ,i also changed HDD ,and the Bypass Door still same problem i will try to make it A4R ,actually im thinkin to change DC Con as u said but i didnt try it yet .

abt the sensors everything is changed

I solve this problem by replaced a electromagnetic clutch FH6-5005-020 work perfectly
