Dear/ CopyTechTeam,

Please i want your help i face a problem with IR 3045 that the edges of the tables , letters became streaked (smudged) as shown in the attachment.

Looks like fixing film issue, go to service level 2, option than body i guess, find fix-smr change to 1 or 2 and see. sometimes paper also check paper quality. which fixing film are you using?

I agree with Alex ahir, soiled/worn Fixing Film, Katun is ok for low end useage but only lasts about 20K.
Genuine Fix Film assy is expensive but the best way to get 120K.
Replace Bushings and Press Roller also for best results.
