    Re: canon 6025 paper lift

    Here are a few possibilities:

"Load Paper" when paper is present, but doesn't lift. The return spring comes unhooked on the plastic lever below the cassette. Note: the lift motor runs, but paper is not lifted. Reattach the return spring for the plastic lever below the cassette.

"Load Paper" when paper is present. Clear RAM.

"Load Paper" when paper is present. PS19 is actuated when it should not be. Add a spring to the actuator arm.

"Load Paper" indications. The cassette size is blank as though the cassette was not installed. Poor connection at the DC controller. Reseated the connectors on the DC controller and cassette size sensors.

"Load Paper" when paper is present, but doesn't lift. Shorting tray lift motor. The resistance should be ~16 ohms. Lower resistance can blow the motor driver circuit on the DC controller. Replace the lift motor and DC controller as a set.

    Take your pick. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
