Red ground wire from fixing film unit

Hi, I just re-install the fixing film unit from my ir2018 but i don't remember where does this ground wire goes. This is the wire that you can see page 8-9 figure 8-14 and 8-15 from service manual.

There's a small plastic mount that that slips onto and I believe it makes contact at that point. Take the fuser out and you should see it. Hard to explain without being there.

I re-install all parts. Turn on power and....error system E0003 and error E000 !

What is the problem ?

No , i don't. I know that, service mode : *, 2 key, 8 key, * after i am going to clear, err but after that ???? to clear the error display, what is the button ????

Looking for it in the manual, seems there's just the clear and then you can clear the coin reader codes or whatever. Only thing I could think of was to do a clear all instead. Sorry it's been quite some time since I've had to service these units.

Hi, when i am doing this :
Maintenance/parts counter all clearExecute service mode > CLEAR > COUNTER to clear all maintenance/parts counters.
- Counter clear on parts replacement
Press the numeric keypad key 0 after displaying the counter for a part just replaced, and the counter will be cleared individually.

Nothing happened, only bip-bip bip !!!!! even if i turn off and on the ir2018

I am pretty sure that i am doing someting wrong but what ???

you're clearing the durable parts counter, try the all. you will lose all settings back to default.

So i need to export the user data before clearing all ?

Sorry for all question. I am not familiar with copier...habitually i am fixing photographic minilab.

If you can, sometimes the old ones are locked down but worth a shot. Np at all. Sorry I'm not more familiar with them.
