What type of media, at what media settings? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Hello,

Verify that the right door closing mechanism works correctly: When closing the door the fixing pressure roller must come in contact with the fixing film (with enough pressure). Have a look on the pressure roller bushings and the film installation.

Blahhh!!! Just use some hairspray after the copies come out. That should hold it down. I would recommend Aquanet.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

most def what rachid has suggested. If it's one tooth off it'll give you 0207's and poor fixing.

              Hello,
Sorry for late to check his post, By the way my problem already solved, the solution is by changing new packing of paper in deferent paper brand.

I think that paper was low quality

              Thanks all
