    Canon IR5000

Is there anyway to delete old passwords and mail box users in the scan to e-mail system besides doing a labottomy, This is an off lease machine, I have a service manual but haven't seen anything on this yet.

Try going into service mode, high function then clear then highlight pwd-clr then hit ok. That should do it if I remember right. Let us know.

Yes it worked, next project is to get a remote user guide unless some here knows the procedure to send scanned doc's from one of the copiers networked pc's.

Good info, according to the remote user guide you must first display scanned images stored in a mailbox using the JBIG image viewer before you can print them. The viewer can be downloaded from the readme.text file on the CD rom provided. Does anyone know where to get the CD or download the readme.text file.
