Please i want your help to solve the problem with IR5065 that indicates the screen of jam that ' open the front door , push out the unit 2 ' i check ed for any paper jam and check the connector for the unit but still appear the message jam code 0A08 PS33 .

Symptom
Unit will not show warm up in service mode and after booting up, the Insert Drawer #1 message shows when the front door is opened. Checked service mode I/O for copier and PS33 did not change state. Even though no paper has been fed, there are 0A08 codes in the jam history.

Cause
Found a pinched wire in the duplex tray connecting PS33 to rear connector.

Action
Replace the Duplexing Path Cable (FG6-5467-000).

The most likely cause for " insert the unit " is that the horizontal motor needs replaced in the duplexer. The gear cracks and causes weird stuff. Believe it or not. I cant remember if a jam is caused or shown but insert the unit message could cause a jam.

The absence or presence of unit two is determined by the detection of the horizontal registration assembly.
Check the horizontal registration motor (M16).
Check if the drive gear is cracked on the motor, causing a bind in the assembly.

The part number for M16 is FK2-0144-000.
