I have a paper deck which which does not open on pressing the open button. The plate with the loaded paper goes right to the bottom and the open button's LED blinks. The open/close solenoid have been changed with no good result. The deck can however be opened manually. it also jams with jam code 020F. I ordered the deck feed head and deck drive PCB but our spare parts dept said those two parts have been discontinued. Any hint from the experience men would be much appreciated.

I think I would clip my meter leads onto the open/closed solenoid to determine if you're getting the 24vdc supply and the ground switching signal (goes to 0vdc). The answer is probably "no" to one or the other. Next follow the wiring back to the next junction and meter it there. In this way you can narrow down where the connection is lost.
It can be tricky getting a connection in narrow spaces, and getting the machine to a condition that you can test it. My suggestion is to take off as many covers as you can, and still operate the paper deck. For small connectors that you cannot press the meter leads into the back of the connector, you can use a straight pin pressed right through the wire, then use clip on leads to the pin. It does minimal damage, and you can meter the wiring at any point.
=^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Problem solved. It was all to do with height adjustment of the side paper deck, especially the front castor roller wasn't touching the floor. The jamming issue resolved by by replacing the clutch in s/deck pickup assy and st raightening exit metal guide of s/deck which was found bent.Comment
