HELLO FRINDS, AND SENIORS , in an IR 5065 i faced black lines issue on both printing and coping i replacd drum, primary charging assly, dc controler. but no use. it happens intermittently .not always. i attached the copy of this issue. please guide me to solve this problem. thank you.

if not the fuser, drum cleaning blade, dirty/broken pre exposure. I'd give the dev a good cleaning to make sure it's not rolling toner onto the undernearth and attracing to the drum. -

Make sure all obvious areas have been tried 1st, (drum blade & increasing of drum blade tension. Then, I would do the following: 1st, detach & re-attach all external & internal cables to scanner board & DC controller, etc... 2nd, I would try replacing the scanner unit itself. Not a fun prospect, but may be necessary. This of course is the last ditch thing to do. The laser may be trying to fail. When it is making the lines, "immediately" try several internal print tests, (any of them), to see if the lines are present then. If NO, that is when I would decide to replace the scanner unit. dear frinds, i swapped a fine working AP kit also. no use. internel prints also give same lines. so i think ,there is nothing in reader unit. may be any problem in developing drive mechanisam? pls help me with more idias. thankyou.Comment

If you swapped the complete AP kit, I would suggest you may have a faulty black lamp array, if this unit fails there is still a charge on the drum etc this causes black lines.Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

The Horizontal Lines (from indicated feed direction) are created from electrical interference within the Developer Unit - how many prints etc has the Unit done? Maybe strip unit down, clean and replace worn parts or replace the Dev Unit assy.
The Vertical Light banding (also from indicated feed direction) is caused from dust/toner on Laser Glass - clean that area also.Comment
