Hi, im brazilian and i have a problem...my printer has a error all the time..this error is e061..the machine dont copy anything while this error still be on printer. Someone help me?

I use the IR-6000, and I switched all the values that I know. I also changed the coronas and the values of body>po_cnt, function>dpc, more ideas? And try speak correctly for I understand..thank you.Comment

Error code E061
Workaround :
When troubleshooting Error code E061, the potential control can be disabled in: ServiceMode>Copier>Option>Tempo> F-POT-SW. This allows the image runner to run copies.
A solid black copy Laser is defective.
A white copy check the HVT, Primary Corona.
If you get a copy, check the Potential Sensor.
The drum support is held in by a screw. If the screw is missing you will lose the drive to the drum. This may cause an E061 code. The Part number for the locking screw is XA9-1090-000.
Check MSW2, the switch could be mis-adjusted or loose.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

Teckat has a good point here. If the screw is missing or even loose you can get an E061Comment
