[CQ] IRC3200 Dark Blue copy

Hi.
I have a problem in IR C3200 in color copying and printing. The blue color is very dark blue. but when enter a service mode to print test from PG Type 1, the blue color not bad.
plz I need your advice .

BLUE ? u mean CYAN Single Color ??

PG1 is For development/

POST A PG10 Test Print

& check your PG5 Full-sheet half tones for single color
COLOR-Y, COLOR-M, COLOR-C, COLOR-K
Used to set output of each color for each TYPE
