    [CQ] Canon iR-c4080

    hello people

got a machine with a weird blank stripe down the page, same place, all colours - the blank area looks like little white cylinders about an inch wide, one atop the next all the way down the page

checked the secondary transfer roller & it looks fine,, can't be drums because the fault is the same with all colours,,, can only imagine ITB assembly, but before i pull it out & dismantle it, i was wondering if anyone has had something similar & can advise further

    thanks in advance

Then> Suspect that the static eliminator can be arching to the ITB belt.
The static eliminator is part of the Secondary Transfer Assembly.

    Secondary Transfer Assembly (FM2-5375-000)

Also check the INTERNAL SEPARATION ROLLER >
