the first thing I would check would be the connector plug that the paper feed asm. plugs into both sides they get bent and also can burn throu in the casing were you can not see so ohm them out.. if not the try a dc con clear.. do a p print out first..

I've got a possibility for you:

"Load Paper" indication intermittently from deck #1 or deck #2 (mainly deck #1). Excessively tight wire ties on the harnass from the paper lift motor to the DC controller. On the harnass from the paper lift motor to the DC controller cut wire ties, massage the wire bundle, and install looser wire ties.

      I hope this helps.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          no lift

If you are not getting any lift at all, the lift motor is probably bad. Remove it but leave it plugged in to test it.
Like the United States Postal Service It's a miracle it works!
