Web's dry out rather quickly. Also is the web advancing? If not the gears tend to seize up that drive the web and will need replacing.

As said above, replace all those cheap plastic gears & the one way clutch arm, all cheap & worth doing.
Also i've seen some techs reverse the cleaning web, not a good idea as they dry out!

          I replace as a kit

          4-FS6-0105-000-Gear
          1-FS6-0104-000-Gear
          1-FB1-6833-000-One way bearing
          1-FB2-7228-000-One way arm
          1-FB2-7230-000-Shaft

Make sure the shaft that the gears sit on and the shaft that goes thru the middle are clean. I usually drop a little oil on them. Works like a charm after.

You can depress the lever that the solenoid fires in order to see if it's free turning and it drives the web. If it's stiff or stuck or not depressing fully then it's one of those gears. I'm assuming you part checked the solenoid in service mode and heard it fire?
