[Jamming] Canon IRC3380i paperjam

Hello

I always get paperjam even with A3 and A4.

When i print from duplex do not jam.

Can someone Help me please? Thanks

Vert path roller is worn/dirty, one way clutch that drives it is slipping. Or the door is off of the lower hinge and not closing exactly right.

It's all ok with the vertical Path Roller.. and the door close well...

Any more ideas?

Without an actual jam code this is the best I can do from here from what I've seen in the field. If it doesn't make registration it's something with the door, vertical path or lower right door (But I see that it's been modded) If you push on one side of the lower right door (front and back) does it still jam when you push on them?

even when i push the door it still jam...

There are no error code on the display. only paperjam

so A3/4 will not jam from same paper trays while selecting duplex ?
is this on copies & prints

do u know how to view the JAM CODES in service mode

so sorry.. i try to find out how to find the JAM CODES.. but i can't find it...

add functions > 2+8 > add functions > Copier > Display > Jam

Jams are sorted by occurance We just need the code itself, 01XX 02XX Let us know we'll tell you how to fix it.

SERVICE MODE-Level 1=
press Additional Functions Key (once)
press #2 & 8 key at the same time (release both)
then press Additional Functions Key again (release it)

FF: = Jam type (first two numbers)

00xx Unused
01xx Delay jam
02xx Pileup jam
0Axx Jam at power ON/jam during warmup
0Bxx cover open jam (applies to all covers)
0Dxx Transparency-related jam

ff: or xx last two numbers = Jam sensor (printer unit)
that will show sensor location
