    [Misc] ir5075n

    Hi,

I am interested in your opinion, what should be changed on this copy machine based on this PG10 print ?

The reason I ask is this. few of us have very different opinions. Therefore, I want to compare and your opinions. thanks

    Opinions hey!

Well I would probably start with the cheapest things first (assuming you have already tried cleaning everything to cure the problem!). After considering all the information available including this http://193.42.253.81/ukweb/Service/h...6?OpenDocument

Then I would probably go down the route of.... (in price order)

    Main Charge
    Transfer Charge
    Dev unit
    Fixing rollers
    Laser Unit

    Interesting. Why do you ask?

I know a couple of trained Canon tech and each gave a different opinion. In the end we made a bet. Wins the one who is closest to the average response. The copier is not even touched. Counter is about 1M copies and have replaced the laser unit a month before this is tested. Therefore, I pray that every canon tech express his opinion. Next weekend the one who wins gets a six-pack of beer and dinner
The main start of this is that it was not clear how it can more Canon tech who have undergone the same Canon training has such a different opinion.
Yesterday we spent 2h assuring each other, what is the problem. Today is a little heavy head

Maybe you should stop talking about it and fix the bloody thing!!!!

I'd be pissed off if I was your customer waiting a week while the tech takes side bets on who will diagnose the fault.

          U first need to understand what a PG10 Test Print involves in a B & W PRINTER .
The machine's potential control mechanisms consist of those for copier image output and those for printer (PDL) image output, and permit independent adjustment of service mode potential control parameters.
If an image fault occurs, be sure to first find out which is at fault, prepare an image (data) accordingly, and then make appropriate adjustments.

            LOL
This copier has nothing to do with the user, simply stood in one of my magazine. After completion of the bets go full rebuild and will serve normally. Personally, I'm the owners of this copier and I don't care whether it works or not now. I have several that work. Is not the point that it is repaired.

                  P.S.

                  I'm just replaced:

                  Registration transfer
                  Developing assembly
                  Both corona
and all paper deck rollers (because of the long standing)

Copier now works great but I have not yet received an answers to my question
Since only those Iommanxman answered my friend get his bet. We're sorry my English spelling but I'm don't almost 25 years spoke or wrote
