hi there,
got a number of these imagepress C1's in the field. 10% of this issue happens on em.
basically u get a fine backround happening on print/copy. usually a specific colour. backround is off print area as well.
on the specific m/c in question we have upgraded the firmware to 51.01. we have replaced drum, corona, grid, dev units x4. the problem went away for abit and is now back after 10k.
any ideas would be appreciated.
the other thing our team has noticed that if u change one dev unit due to any problem, the others tend to fall over soon after(poor quality). as i realise all the units densities etc are being read by one sensor, this surely shouldnt make the others fall over.
basically what we are having to do is if one goes we change the lot! is any1 else having this issue? if so have u found a way for this not to happen. if not wtf is canon playing at? One sensr to rule them all? on the clc 1100 range 4 dev units 4 different sensors to read! hmmmm wonder if this is where they went wrong!
thanks for reading and appreciate any response
