Cyan toner empty
The button in the screen to release the toner bottle doesn't work.
I have replaced:


FM3-4716-000 HOPPER ASSEMBLY, COLOR
FU6-0584-000 ONE-WAY GEAR, 18T

But still the same problem. I'm missing something?

The shaft to push the door open is not coming forward far enough.
As far as I remember "error clear" will be of some help
I have not solved it yet, but my workaround is to manually crank the toner out, and research till the next time it needs toner.
some guy told me the gear fixed his, but you disproved that by changing the gear.
My last one started immediately after I replaced a whole hopper rack. I was not about to rip it out again

I did the error code in service mode, but same error code.
Manually Im able to lock /unlock all toner bottles.

Im running out of ideas

After replacing PS83 machine is running but it has a background, it start as orange but after 300 copies now is pink.
I can't run gradation adjustment because the background.
Customer is mad and Im tired, any idea, somebody had this issue and fix it.
