Copier runs copies from memory great (network info) but from glass or df image is skewed. I can't seem to find the adjustment in my manual ir 3570 any help will be appreciated.

Re: skewed image df and glass
if prints are fine and both the glass and df are giving skewed copies, then your scanner is physically not straight inside the reader unit. If it was just df there's an adjustment for that but because it's both I'm pointing at that scanner being crooked. -

2270 / 2870 / 3570 / 4570
copies are skewed from the Glass or Feeder
Make sure the White Plastic Mount for the CIS unit is not cracked
This will cause a skew in the copy during scanning.
Replace the CIS Mounting Bracket, if this applies to your issue_Part Number FM2-3368-000

also do an RCON Clear
Service Mode level 1: Copier > Function > Clear > RCON. Highlight RCON clear, press ok and then power cycle the imageRUNNER.
then Re-Enter the appropriate values using the following service mode items:
a. service label (behind reader unit left cover)
a-1. CIS read position adjustment (fixed reading) COPIER>ADJUST>ADJ-XY>ADJ-X
a-2. main scanning direction position adjustment(fixed reading)
COPIER>ADJUST>ADJ-XY>ADJ-Y
a-3. shading position adjustment (fixed reading)
COPIER>ADJUST>ADJ-XY>ADJ-S
a-4. main/sub scanning direction MTF value
COPIER>ADJUST>CCD>MTF-MG
