Error code: E007- 9902 on IRA C 7065i.
I ve changed the whole set and the Fusion card that controls the merger.
I have toujour the same error code: E007 -9902.
who has an idea.

Machine would display an error code E007-9902 with the lower fixing pressure belt centered.

Solution :
Replacing the Lower Fixing Pressure Belt position sensors PS76 and PS77 (WG8-5783-000) resolved this case.

and I always quote the same error code, same email, making a clear Err.

Check for scraps of paper in the fuser connector /can block>& could cause interruption of proper signal to release sensor & release motor when u powered up printer

Is the lower pressure belt stuck in the raised position.

if so u have a big job to re-engage the pressure gear to lower the cams,

or replace
FM4-1378-000 Cable, Main Fixing Drawer (frame connector) and
FM4-1282-000 Cable, Fixing Drawer (drawer connector)

Is this Printer on a dedicated outlet line ? )nothing should be sharing the outlet or it's supply line(

big ? were u ever trained on this models series

The C7000 series uses a 120 volt lamp (FK2-7883-000) and the C9000 series uses a 208 volt lamp (FK2-7884-000).

If the lamps are not correct the copier will display a fixing error code.

Pressure Belt displacement failure (Full displacement of the Pressure Belt or failure of
the Pressure Belt Position Sensor).

E007-9902:may occur due to the following:
Factors at Fixing Drawer Connector Terminal
- Foreign substances
- Poor contact and/or deformation of terminals

Factors at Fixing Feeder Assembly Open/Close Switch (SW7)
- Mounting position failure of Fixing Feeder Assembly Open/Close Switch Lever
- Mounting position failure of Fixing Feeder Assembly Open/Close Switch Holder
