    [CQ] iR1023 Blurred F-R image

    Hello all,

Looking at an iR1023 with blurring from front to rear frame side bands, irregular in width and not ever in the same spot on the page. Canon Tech Support recommended changing the IP board - did so, problem disappeared for a few months and now is back with a vengeance. The appearance of it is like writing each letter overtop of itself, but then over by about 1 millimeter. The customer thought he needed 3D glasses for the effect (funny guy!).

    Any help would be appreciated!

      Hi Teckat,

I wondered about that possibility as there is little else that could give the image issue in this fashion. I am surprised that a BD error wouldn't come up in this case. Looking at your image sample compared to the one I posted, it has to be the same issue.

Thanks very much for the help!
