    canon 210S E007 code

What is an E007 on a Canon Imagerunner 210S? I tried to put the machine into service mode, but it would not go in using *28*. Help please. After going back to the shop and looking at a manual, I found that the service manual is also for a GP200, which of course I dont have. Anyone got a page or the whole manual? This is a big chain store and is using a 9 year old copier as their main unit, their second copier is an analog, and the manager says they cant buy a newer copier because they are cutting back on budget. I thought about telling him about carbon paper.

Its been a while since I've seen one of these. Use the asterisk in the "head" shape for additional functions, not the asterisk on the keypad.

        So: *, 2 & 8 together, *

Now E007 is the fixing film not centered. Either the film is destroyed, or the person that installed the new fuser did not run the procedure to center the film.

If you need to run the procedure to center the film get yourself a manual. I don't remember all the steps.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          reason is the fixing unit

please check the fixing unit, the film may be damaged , or the problem will be with the motor or the film should be ccentered
