02xx stationary jam


0202 jam can be caused by the sensor flag for PS11 not responding quickly or getting stuck. If the flag is not responding quickly an extra wrap should be added to the PS11 actuator.

0107-replace the vertical path roller

You should rebuild the Cassette Pickup Solenoid.

i'd be looking at the fuser, the films can stall causing this jam issue, especially if you are not using genuine Canon film ass'y.

Hi,

I suppose the cassette paper size 2 is right. it seems there is a double feed, maybe the solenoid in the cassette pick up assembly 2 is sticky.

Registration senser arm will stick on the upper side near the senser due to melting the sponch, remove the melted sponh. U can identify it by moving the sencer arm upward by hand it will stick a moment and then only the arm will release.
