IR 3225N jam code SR6 and SR1

Hi,
I have a problem in IR 3225N paper jam in DADF with code SR6 and SR1.
when press start key the pick up roller of the dadf try pick up the orginal but still in the tray and jam
I changed the pick up and feed roller of the DADF but still same jaming
please any advise about this problem,

Those codes are not jam codes.

Are the DF rollers actually turning?

There is a oneway drive clutch in the pick up roller unit AND in the DF it's self, if the rollers are not turning a drop of oil on both clutches might help.

Did you sure that ARDF cover is fix?
