Yellow background

I am having ir c 3200. when i take copy or print yellow background appears in all copy. please advice

seems like your drum is old mate! how old is it? when u go into service mode display/misc what does yellow say in figures? if its high like past 2 hundread change the drum

do u get yellow background in running coies?

either u get new drum unit or modify by using some older drum units. you can use charging roller of other drum unit, if u have old ones(used).

in india u get new drum unit sets! (40K).

If it's only on copying but printing to the machine is fine then i would clean the optics, if both printing and copying are producing yellow backgroung then replace the drum.
Remember to calibrate after.
