Looks like your machine either needs a calibration done or a decent service.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

First>make sure u are running a Full Calibration
Full Adjustment is a precise recalibration, also made to the gradation, density and color of the machine, however this process involves making test prints and placing them on the glass for scanning. It is recommended that full adjustment be selected when performing an automatic gradation adjustment.
& and also calibrate fiery (if attached) under Print tab using a Kodak Gray Scale.

for that PC original second image doc > on Print driver being used/ set Pure Black Text Graphics to "ON"/
Setting Pure Black Text Graphics "ON" causes elements to be printed using 100% black toner.
Leaving it "OFF" utilizes a high percentage of all 4 toners to produce blacks which, can cause blasting or halftone artifacts which can make the blacks impure

on the First image doc like that> for glass copy u select "FULL COLOR" on control panel
