    IRAC2020i E025-0100

    Good Morning
    Could any of you canon guru's help
    I have a canon irac2020i with E025-0100
    i replaced the magenta toner supply motor assy (it was locked with toner and the gears worn)
    but im still getting the error
    iam looking at poss dc controller or has anyone had this before an can tell me what im missing

      i replaced the dc controller
      all looked good then E025-0200 cyan toner motor assy
      you know when its 1 of them days

          E025-0100 is occurring at power on.



          clipping wire ties from J24 on the DC Controller to the magenta toner feed assembly resolved the error code.

          The part number for the magenta toner feed assembly is FM3-8085-000.

                  removed all cable clips still getting errors
                  if i leave the magenta toner bottle out of the machine it runs up to preparing toner
                  then throws up E025-0300
                  with the magenta toner bottle in it runs up but then goes straight to e025-0100
                  i can see the motor turning (the motor assy i fitted was from a working machine)
                  going to replace the wiring loom from dc controller to toner supply assy see if it does anything

                      Machine now working
                      Replaced wiring loom from dc cont to toner supply pumps
                      not one of canons better models

                              Had 025-300 today.

                              There's a sensor arm inside the hopper assy that can get covered in toner much like the 2880 series.
                              May help someone in the future.
