Is there a way to solve the problem of black lines on the CIS by iR C2380 series?
It need to be changed ?

In short no, this is a sealed unit, you've obviously tried cleaning it.
For the record this is the same part that fits all the Canon range with colour scan, 2270, 3100 etc

Hi,

There is nothing to lose trying it:

White Level Adjustment
1) Set paper (for user normal use) on the copyboard glass, close DADF.
2) Select the screen from the service mode screen in the following order, to display the adjustment screen.
1. COPIER
2. FUNCTION
3. CCD
3) Press DF-WLVL1 key to highlight.
4) Press OK key.
Auto adjustment is performed. When it is correctly completed, 'OK!' is displayed on the screen.
5) Take the paper out of the copyboard glass, set it on DADF document tray.
6) Press DF-WLVL2 key on the touch panel to highlight .
7) Press OK key.
Auto adjustment (both-side stream reading) is performed.
If completed normally, 'OK!' is displayed on the screen.
8) Press the reset key twice to get out from the service mode.
9) Turn OFF the main power switch according to the shutdown sequence.

Smonta la Cis e togli i rivetti di plastica toglie la scheddina verde guarda sotto con una Lente non toccare con niente la parte ricevente li sono dei fili finnissimi soffia li molto delicato anche con la bocca rimonta e prova!

You have to disassembly la Cis and clean it with air like blowing lightly there are conectionen very delicatet so dont use AirCompressor Look with a Lens the connections are more thin like a Uman Hair so dont use anytingh else reassemble and see if it helps good Luck
