Misalignment of the color magenta on iRC 1028.

When I start with my problems on field I do not finish ever !

In a iRC 1028, I have a misalignment of the Magenta....
I changed the ITB unit, but the fault remains.
I changed the toner Magenta.
The same problem.....

Suggestions ?

Hi,
I had a similar problem four months ago.

Firstly, I tried to clear dc controller ( service mode-copier - VIFFNC-clr dcn- turn off and turn on the machine)but it did not work. After that

I checked dc controller connectors, and it works a couple months, after that the problem appeared again. Clean the laser unit ......and the machine it is working until now.

Magenta color is not aligned correctly.

If the black cover under the Magenta drum had to be removed for servicing
the cover may be out of position, causing one side of the Magenta Toner / Drum Cartridge to be raised.

Try Re-fitting the black cover shown in the following photo to correct the problem.

I found the solution !
The flat cable of the laser unit was damaged !
