No Fax PCB Kit installed.I have cleaned the contacts no response.

Not to many directions left >

1. Remove Finisher> restart_?
2. Did u get into Service Mode_?
3. Did u check outlet voltage supply & proper ground_?
4. Could be a bad Counter pcb.
5. Could be a faulty Power Supply.
6. Can u format HDD & reload Firmware without error_using SST or USB

??? Did u swap two or more pcb's in same circuit at any time to troubleshoot_?
