Your machine serial is not on the tech pub because you have a non USA machine. That's OK though, you can use the itb number to find out of you need a kit or whole new ITB. The info says your 15000000 range ITB needs a KIT. The 13000000 Part needs a new style ITB FM4-8412. I will mail you the info. Good Luck!

Canon33 - Plastic holder on the steer roller? You mean the white roller bushings?
    Hi,

Went there today - I think the belt wasn't under the guide so moving it and running the ITB INIT helped.

Here are the serial numbers etc so if you could send me the mod list/instructions it'd be really helpful to have to hand if I go out on another one for them.

    Many many thanks

    Mark

I'm talking about the piece of plastic that is part of the free that the torsion spring is compressed onto. It is the piece that holds the new springs that come in the mod kit. Not sure how else to explain it. Sorry.

Here's a couple parts to get u started.

Fm4-8409-- itb improvement (comes with instructions) about 30 min install time. Can't hurt to put this in even if serial number range is out.

Qty2- fl3-1109-- bearings for the end of the inner xfer. roller. The roller is included in the above kit but not the bearings.

If u get there tmrrw and the plastic holDer that keeps pressure on the steering roller is broke then u need a new assy. ( no fixing that) If a plastic piece falls out of assy when u flip it then u know it's broke!!

Good luck and remember to run itb init after u think u fixed it.

The E075 could be the: ITB, Transfer rollers (sit under the ITB), the patch sensor needs cleaning (do this first) or the belt has tracked.

check that the belt is set correctly while cleaning hte patch sensors, if it isn't center, correct the position and run the ITBINIT in service mode, this will centralise the ITB position within the machine.

also note that there were alot of modifications to the ITB over the last couple of years, check to make sure that that these are applied, if not, replace the entire ITB frame for time efficiancy (it takes about 1-2 hours to do the full ITB transfer to the new parts and assembly manually)

    good luck.
    Hi again,

Would there be any way you could send me a link to the mods at all please? Might make it easier tomorrow!

    Thanks

Good luck getting that belt centered. Do the research on serial number range to see which mod kit is needed or if it's one to be totally replaced.
Cheers - Helping a dealer out on the other side of the country yeah - hence it leaps up and bites me in the ass!
