[Jamming] IPF750 message: cannot cut paper

Hi, to all techs!
The machine cuts paper without any problem.
Cutter moves to the left, then to the home position,
but roll of paper doesn't rotate back, and message: message: 'cannot cut paper' appears.
Sometimes machine works correct.
I can't uderstand which sensor makes signal that paper is cutting....

How many metes the machine work also check the cutter condition to keep working stop the automatic cut and cut manual until u solve ur problem to ur client

The machint works 2 monthes - enougth fresh :-)
Cutter is in good condition. The edge is clear after cutting - no problem :-(
