    [Error Code] e748-2010 (black screen) iradvc5030

    pls..help...i got error e748-2010 (mc cant boot) after energy saving mode...(black screen)

      Flash board error. First disconnect H/D and see if the error changes if so then take steps to clear that error first.

          The imageRUNNER will boot with a black LCD and display an E748-2010 error code. The engine and accessories will cycle and home itself. The E748 will not be logged in Service mode due to the incomplete boot process.

          The E748 indicates Error in Board ( Flash PCB )
          The Sub Code 2010 indicates IPL ( Initial Program Loader ) is not found.

          Workaround :
          Re-seat the Flash PCB ( Boot Program ) if this does not correct the error replace the Flash PCB.
          The Flash PCB has an orange led which is lit on a working unit.

          Note: The part number for the Flash PCB is FM4-0792-000.



          If replacing the Flash PCB does not resolve the issue. Replacing the Main Controller 1 should correct the error code.

          Below is a picture of Main Controller 1 with an arrow pointing to the Flash PCB.

              i already changed maincont 1 n hdd..same symptom.. flash board i not change yet...i try 1st

                      I am having this same issue on an Adv4045, would this same fix apply? We went out today and reseated Main Cont 1, and flashed the system, it went away for a few hours but now has the same E748-2010

                          ADVANCE 4025 / 4035 / 4045 / 4051

                          E748-2010
                          The following information are details about the Error Code from the Service Manual.
                          In this case, the SATA FLASH board was replaced and Main Controller Two.

                          E748 2010 00 = Flash board error
                          Description = IPL (Initial Program Loader) is not found
                          Remedy = Flash board replacement




                          Workaround :

                          Replacing the HDD resolved the                           E748-2010 Error Code.
                          Part Number                           = FK2-9316-000.

                          Issue was resolved by replacing Sata Flash PCB & Main Controller 2.

                          Sata Flash PCB, FM4-7941-000

                          Main Controller 2 PCB, FM4-7908 for IRA4051,4045,4035

                              I'm having this problem as well. The part numbers for the flash pcb don't come up in the parts manual. Does anybody know where the flash pcb is? Is it on the main controller? Nothing on there with an orange led on. Not sure if the hdd is gonna take care of it but I want to make sure I'v tried everything suggested.
