Abnormal toner concentration or a bad TD Sensor or the sensor not connected properly.

There are 4 levels of service call conditions.
            Level Definition Reset Procedure
A Fusing unit SCs displayed on the operation panel.
The machine is disabled. The user cannot reset the
            SC.
Enter SP mode, then turn the
main power switch off and on.
B SCs that disable only the features that use the
defective item. Although these SCs are not shown
to the user under normal conditions, they are
displayed on the operation panel only when the
            defective feature is selected.
Turn the main power switch off
            and on.
C SCs that are not shown on the operation panel.
            They are internally logged.
            Logging only
D Turning the operation switch or main power switch
off then on resets SCs Displayed on the operation
panel. These are re-displayed if the error occurs
            again.
            Turn the operation switch or
main power switch off and on.

NOTE: 1) If the problem concerns electrical circuit boards, first disconnect then reconnect the connectors before replacing the PCBs.
            2) If the problem concerns a motor lock, first check the mechanical load before replacing motors or sensors.
            3) When a Level A or B SC occurs while in an SP mode, the display does not indicate the SC number. If this occurs, check the SC number after leaving the

type the keys as follows : clear modes (yellow key) , 107 , Clear stop red key and hold it down until the SP-mode menu is displayed (about 3 seconds) and turn off the copier

Have seen this with either extremely dirty machines, ones that need drum and/or developer replaced, or have a bad toner supply unit (mylars missing).

If it's just dirty, clean out the drum unit, vac out the machine, and you should be good to go.
Don't take that toner with me!

Oddly enough it was cured after replacing the toner cartridge but I have some great ideas if it comes back!

                  Thanks for the help!
