    Would Enyone Help me??????

    Well, and I do not know where to start. I`ve searching around all this forum for few days now, to only finding if somebody would willing to share firmware for Canon IR4570 and Ir 6570, but no luck. The only thing I found were some saying like "do not begging here" or "Go out, there is no free sh*t". Wow, I`am panic and have no brain to start begging. Hmmm.... got clients machine with both series which I believe it`s will be repaired only with the Firmware download. Would anyone share with me? And ..... I saw many people leaving their email address and I will try if those method is actually working, although I`ve only a bit of hope .       What I do when I need firmware for a Canon (or any other manufacturer that we are not an authorized dealer), I hire the local authorized Canon dealer to load firmware. I pay for exactly 1 hour labor. I don't have to beg for freebies. I don't have to learn the intricacies of installing Canon firmware. I just buy an hour of a professional's time and it's done. That's what I recommend. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          I would do the same thing If I live in the city and The country like yours. Where you can easily find authorized Canon dealer within your city. Here, in my island we are the technician and to find authorized Canon dealer, we have no clue...

              Perhaps I have mis-understood the translation of your website, but I get the idea that your company is mis-representing itself as an authorized Canon dealer. =^..^=

                  Did you notice that there is only a company named "Sriwijaya Computer" stated as their sales agent or whatever and if you go to that shop, they are only selling printers, Desktop computers,Laptops and tablets. They are not selling copier not Canon Copier service center.

                  Please note that i`am in "Nusa Tenggara Barat" region and I`am not representing anyone as the as an authorized Canon dealer.

                      I am sorry. I couldn't read anything on that page. I can only read a little Spanish, and speak a little Spanish with the Castillian accent of my high school Spanish teacher. No Indonesian.

                          When I tried the link, I noticed that up near the search box there was BAHASA in red and next to that there was ENG in grey out. I clicked the Eng and the pages was translated. It didn't really help much since all that was there was an address and a map view.

                              From what I can tell, irwan zamroni jember,jawa timur, appears to be the closest choice, if he's willing and available.

                              Is that a volcano nearby: Gunung Tambora? =^..^=

                                      How did u decide that firmware will repair issue _?

                                          there are some feature missing from the machine, such as it can not entering Service mode using *28* or *49* and send and scan options doesn`t show up. Those make me decide that the firmware update will do the tricks. Btw, thank you for your previous help (on my other post) dear sir.
