    [Jamming] C3220 Jamming and E0320

    Hi new here!

Working on a c3220 that is showing a jam just before paper gets to the finisher, paper has been printed on but I see no reason for the jam. Looking at Error code I have an E020 1and3 error. Drums are Y234 M224 and C235% K is 435%.

Is the jam due to copy shut down and the problem is actually with the drum's? Are they related?

I'm an engineer/tech but not a copy machine tech. This is at my place of business, any help/direction would be very appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

This error is the reason the machine wont print/jam

The error code you posted is not correct, can you check & report back.

However as your black drum is over 400% i'd bet thats why you're geting the error.

Sorry, the correct code is E020 01b0 and 03b0. So when it has this type of error it will halt the print job and appear as a jam?

      Thanks for your reply

Yes the machine stops mid run when it throws a E code

Those two errors relate to the yellow & cyan drum units, so they'll need replacing.

To be honest at those high readings you might need to replace all the units.

Here's a link to the service manual, hope it helps.
