When I copy from ADF and flatten glass is solid black output as the photo attached. Please advised. Thank you

Did u remove / refit the primary charging units.
if this units are not properly fitted the above problem can come
also faulty HVT could be reason for same. -

1/ Check the scanning lamp
Is the scanning lamp ON?
2/ Check the pre-exposure lamp
Is the connector of the pre-exposure lamp connected?
NO: Connect it.
3/ Check Primary charging assembly
4/ Check the connection
Is the connection between the following PCBs normal?
1. Image processor PCB
2. CCD unit
3. DC controller PCB
4. Relay PCB
NO: Connect them properly.
5/ Check Reader controller PCB, CCD unit
Does the problem occur only in copy images?
NO: Perform the following:
1. Replace the reader controller PCB.
2. Replace the DC controller PCB.
YES: Replace the CCD unit.Comment
