iP C 800 : Problems with the (12 inch x 19 inch) from each drawer.

It ' certainly a setup problem.
But when I put in the drawer the sheet size 12 x 19, the machine displays the drawer empty .
This is valid for all drawers and only for that size.
With the rest of the formats It's all right !

Where is the setting for to change this ?

In service mode_go to>

COPIER>OPTION>FNC-SW>MODEL-SZ and set to "1"
Options for 12x18, 12.60x17.72 and 13x19 will be displayed to select.

***For your paper size register it under Irreg Size for 12x19.


Then under Common Settings , also register the size.

Options for 12x18, 12.60x17.72 and 13x19 will be displayed to select.

I found the solution: under the Common Settings there's setup for all size for all drawers !
