[Misc] Canon IR ADV C2220L

Hello,
I have two problems with my printer:
1- the printing is pad : the top of the page is good but from the middle start loosing the print and no printing at the bottom.
I tried to clean the laser unit, changing the drum but the problem is persistent.
2- some times the printer indicate a jam and when I open it there is no paper jam !! a pick-up or feeder problem I think.
please provide a solution with pictures or video.

Problem 1 - did you clean the laser mirrors by opening the shutter / take a look at the secondary transfer roller

Problem 2 - which Tray does it Jam from, If its Tray 1 you need to change the pickup roller, its a completely different type from the other tray

Dead easy to do, you got a service manual?

1 - can you provide photo or video on how to clean the shutter mirror please (I don't have service manual for the printer do you have one?)
2 - yes the 1st tray is the jam source because the 2nd one print normally sow how to get the roller pick-up changed ?
