The reverse / outside delivery unit show unlocked but it is locked. Inspected and tested with know good sensor no change. Been also having random e261 errors.

Re: Imagepress C6000 Reverse/Outside Delivery open
It is e260-0102. I have changed with good fuser driver boards and also tried swapping the whole fuser. The e260 went away randomly for no good reason. I am now left with the warning the the reverser is not locked. Try to figure what would be a common pcb or connection. It seems to be a bad connection etc.Comment

Re: Imagepress C6000 Reverse/Outside Delivery open
U first said E261_?
Now it's E260-0102_?
Are u sure about CODE_?
E260 error code indicates a loss of 24 vdc, 12 vdc, 13 vdc or 5 vdc

This is the current problem. The lever complains open even though it is closed.

Re: Imagepress C6000 Reverse/Outside Delivery open
The display shows the Reversal Assembly Lever is disengaged.
Check COPIER>I/O MODE>DCON>P031 bits 5 and 6 (1 = connected to DCON and 0 = not connected to DCON).
Bit 5: Detection of connection of the Color sensor control PCB 1 UN308 Front
Bit 6: Detection of connection of the Color sensor control PCB 2 UN309 Rear
If one or both bits are 0 the Color sensor control PCB and/or DC Controller PCB 1-2 may be defective.
A connection or wire harness failure is also possible; check connections from DC Controller PCB 1-2 J1076 side A and B to the Color sensor control PCB J3502F (front) and J3502R (rear).
Does the Reversal Assembly Lever Switch (PS381) check good at J4033 on the Duplex Feed Driver PCB.
Check or replace the Draw Assembly/wire harness (FM2-9287-000)

Re: Imagepress C6000 Reverse/Outside Delivery open
"Check that indicated guides or levers are in the correct position" message.
After securing all of the levers in the Reverse Delivery Assembly, re-seat the connectors to the Pre Fixing Feeder Driver P.C.B.
NOTE ** You may have to do this multiple times.
