    iR 3245i multi sheet feeding

    New install of a refurb 3245i is multi sheet feeding in the document feeder. Is it as simple as replacing the sep pad FL2-9942 or is there a history to this problem?

      You say it is a refurb, was the separation pad replaced?????

              Replace it, that will sort the multi sheet feeding, cleaning them doesn't help much
