If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
Check the registration section clutch and sensor including transport clutch and sensor before that. The transport drive does not stop even after loop creation. sounds like a bad clutch or a sticky sensor.
Don't just replace all of it find the problem a lot of the time it is something real small and can be corrected. like a dirty or sticky sensor or actuator.
Hope someone can help you from the Canon forum for parts. The advice i gave you was to figure out if the fold is created before or after registration. If the space in the fold was not void then you check if the toner is fused, if the toner is fused it means the fold is created after fusing. But normally a nice fold i created by a long solid roller.
