Hi, I have a problem with Canon iR-ADVANCE C2020i. It keeps giving me error code E000020-0091. A new yellow drum was installed, didn't help. DC controller and laser assembly were also replaced, new firmware installed,but no luck. The problem is definitely related to yellow drum. The yellow drum constantly transfers toner to transfer belt, and in a short period of time looses all toner, when we opened yellow drum assembly to check it, we have realized that there is no toner in it. If anyone had a similar problem, please help. Thanks in advance.

Zoraldinho is correct on this one. Remove the laser assy from the left hand side of the machine and clean the dust proof glass on all the windows. I find it easier to remove the laser rather than use the tool provided.
Once you do it a couple of times it is easy and usually resolves this issue.
