hi all....we have a canon irac55035 that is subbed out to canon....problem is it is not laying down cyan...they have drum/dev drive assembly...laser...main cont 1 and 2...laser loom....dc cont...dev unit....we have now pulled machine out to fix ourselves....any info most welcomed!!

Any error codes?

Is there any cyan image on the ITB?

Hi..no toner on belt and now black very light also...error code history e0020-0023 also e0020-0491..i have just change hopper but no joy!

Sounds like a charge issue, have you confimed the cyan drum & dev units are turning?
I'd go with the HVT
