Canon IR 2525 faded on one side...

    [CQ] Canon IR 2525 faded on one side...

    Customer says this happened "all of the sudden" (see pic) the copier has 112K copies on it. The "sky shot" look the exact same on all the copies.
    I checked the developer housing and it has toner on the mag roller all the way across. The drum is rated at 140K and does not show much wear.
    The charge roller and transfer roller are straight. Customer say's the change the toner when needed. Any help would be so appreciated.

    firstly you should check printed page from pc
    if the problem disappear
    i think you need to change the reader controller or check the flat cable of it

      Check out the white plastic holding transfer roller. Very often the customer by removing the misfed paper pulls this part. Many times I had such cases.
      P.S.
      I was reminded of one instance when the drum unit on the rear side the drum mount a copier "jumped" from his position.
