I've got a C1 that keeps jamming 8.5x11's only when running them LTR. The jam occurs right at the fuser. The sheet gets about 1/2 way into the fuser station and then the machine jams. This is an intermittent problem and mostly shows up after it has been running for 1/2 hour or so? If the machine is set to run in the LTR-R mode this never happens. The machine can also run 11x17, 12x18 and 13x19 all day not one jam? I've changed sensor switches & wire harnesses no change? The machine only prints from the rip not from the glass . I am stumped??

Had the same problem myself would only jam on A4 printing (010D i think) Try upgrading the software to the latest ver (82) I did it the orter day and so fare its fine. Failing that just change the paper to A4R for now

Thanks, I'll check the software level but I think it is the most recent. Problem is that the machine worked perfectly when we first got it. Is it possible that the last version upgrade effected this? Problem with running in LtrR is that when we run large print runs of two sided jobs it takes forever.Comment
