How to turn off SCAN report

I have a customer that gets a scan report after every scan. Is there a way to turn this off? I see how to turn off the TX/Rx reports but not the scan.
    thanks

            --------------------------------
            CHECK here>>>>>>>>>>>>>
press the Additional Functions button and press the Report Settings key. In the left margin, you will see the heading called 'Settings'. Under the Settings header you may have your two options of 'Fax' and 'Send'.
You can then set the machine to either print or not print a report, or to print a report in the case of an error only.

            all depends on model

U may have only one Transmission report. It covers both Email and Fax

check your Printer REPORT SETTINGS in RUI

            see example below

image from the RUI shows that the TX report does not distinguish between Fax and Email. Please note that the Fax Management report is also outlined in order to clarify that the Fax Management is the Fax Log and not an individual Transmission report.
