Hello, I have a canon Ir3035 with an error E0024 - 001 every time you make a legal copy or A3 copy.
Can anyone help with this problem.

Re-seat dev connector from machine where it plugs into dev housing. Make sure connectors are re-seated on both sides of connector(toner senor plugs in on bottom side of connector I believe). Strange its only on that paper. Also clean and apply conductive grease to silver reg roller ground clip...maybe electrical noise

Hello,

If you're not using canon genuine toner, vacuum the developing and the hopper assemblies and instal a genuine toner bottle.

The fault is for a missing connection signal. Crap toner or dev issue would generate E20 errors. Open wire in toner sensor could cause both, but can't see bad toner causing E24

When you remove the developer assembly you have to unplug it....and the code means it lost connection at this connector.

We fixed some of these isssues by replacing the Devloping toner sensor.
