    Hi,

I recommend you replace the fuser unit, the first tell tell signs of a fuser assy wearing out is when it jams on full colour. Had this many times, recommend replacing the fixing assy as well as the pressure roller, as it tends to get flat spots quite often, and will also add to your jamming issues.

    Fixing assy : FB6-3641
    Pressure Roller : FB6-3653

    Hope this helps....

      Thanks for the answer!

But, i forgot to mention i change the rollers (NEW up fuser roller and lower roller).

I see this issue is happen when i use normal paper 80g.

I have adjust the nip fuser at 3,15mm, but i forgot to up-date in the service mod (*28*).

      I wait suggestions.

PS > it something wrong with the transfer belt?

When you replace the fuser rollers as you know you have to undo the NIP screws & there is no real accurate way to set them back correctly, this is why I always replace the complete fuser.

All you can do is keep ajusting the NIP untill the machine will successfully feed a pg 10 test print!

Also you can increase the blank lead edge this helps a lot, I sometimes have set this as high as 150 in order to do full page colour after replacing the fuser rollers.

Yes that is correct, change T, L, R, B all to 150 see if you can print the pg 10 test print, if it does print change the blank settings untill you are happy

I ajusted the Blank T at 200 and is the only scale, it doesn`t work lower than that. Any sugestions? Also, i want to ask you if you can help me please with the setting for heavy paper? I want to make the setting for heavy paper but i will use normal one so the printing speed should be slow without rolling up the superior roller.
