dusty area issue & and the ever-present shipping headache for a printer

u could have a loose connection to a sensor, or a sensor is out of place.

printer needs to be stripped down>cleaned & inspected then tested/

was the finisher also shipped ? & if so> installed properly

E000568-8001 if I remember rightly is a fault with exit tray on the finisher? check there's nothing blocking the finisher trays, and that they are moving up and down freely

Error has gone and it's back to the same propel. System screen shows The paper has jammed. I sea no paper in the machine.
